Everyone you meet carries the same Mystery within.
We are fractals of the same presence.
Drops of the same consciousness.
When you truly see the Other…
you are never alone again.
You do not need to search for God in temples.
He comes to you in a gaze that does not judge.
In the shoulder you lean on.
In the smile that gives you strength.
In the word that does not reject you.
An encounter with such a human being is a sacrament.
It requires no ritual.
Only presence.
And if you meet Him there,
you have met Truth.
The Absolute.
God.
The Absolute does not demand the display of faith.
But if the heart longs for expression,
then a gesture can become an act of humility and devotion.
Yet you do not need to scourge yourself or lie prostrate on the floor.
You do not need to keep silent for a year,
to beat on drums,
to wear white robes,
or live only on seeds.
You do not need to force your body into painful postures when meditating,
or breathe in strange ways.
It is enough… simply to be.
Presence in small things
is the purest kind of prayer.
When you pour water into a cup with love.
When you stroke a dog and feel it tremble with joy.
When you straighten the blanket over a sick child.
When you cut bread and think of the one you will share it with.
When you water a plant and feel gratitude that it lives...
…The Universe smiles.
This is not new science.
It is an ancient recognition:
That the soul… is a child born of matter.
That heaven grows within you—
if you calibrate it with the light of daily life and experience.
That is why everything matters.
Because everything nourishes you.
And everything shapes you.
Spirituality is not an escape from life.
It is the absence of spirituality that is an escape from yourself.
For if you are not present in simple moments…
then where are you?
In simplicity, there is Truth.
In presence, there is Love.
And in every moment —
the possibility of returning to the Source.
